How a review is felt --- a bicycle shop

"I've been to Hardin's three times for different things, and each time was very satisfied with the work AND THE PRICES! If they can get the work done in short order, they'll generally fix it the same or next day, and are extremely honest about labor. Had rear gear-hub switched out on 21-speed - parts were reasonable and labor was extremely reasonable. In many instances, they installed purchased hardware (panniers, splash guards and seat) at little or no cost. Fantastic tune-ups. Excellent customer service, they answer all your questions and back up their work 100%."  Anonymous--via Google Reviews. Hardin's Bicycle Shop... Muncie,  Indiana

What stands out in this review???????

The answer is he (customer) has been here three times.

He is a returning customer.

He is a loyal customer.

He loves their honesty.

He loves their speed.

He understands they are reasonably priced--not cheap and not over priced.

They are knowledgeable about the products.

This to me is an excellent review of a bicycle shop, business. The reviewer did not just say one or two words---but nailed it on 7 core principles that he was touched by.

I love bicycle shops and you read these reviews all over the world---sure there are 1 stars, 2 stars, but 5 stars out weigh them heavily.

My bike shop I use has a few 1 stars, but a ton more 5 stars.....

Read the reviews like this one and look for more than over priced---if all they sell are quality bikes then sure you are getting a quality item and not a machine press, mass manufactured item...No mass selling, these shops go with quality and not quantity.

It is like going to BMW store and saying they are all over priced--sure they are compared to a stripped down Saturn.

Reviews, read them through and look for a passion from the customer---it ALWAYS speaks volume and it is felt in the writing.
