#1, what does that mean--customer gives great review.

"This place is great, it is inexpensive, the staff members are really nice, helpful and know their business. The location is great, I will be going back soon. If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely check it out." Via Google Review by Eugenia A. on Waterfront Bicycle Shop...New York, NY.

What does it mean to be #1......Well, in opinion it takes one thing and one thing only--being there for customers. I have read many reviews like the one above, they're precise and to the point.

#1---does not mean you have to be the best in the world, or the best in the state or #1 in sales....It means #1 in the hearts of the customers you serve, which is a reflection of the training you provide your staff and employees on how to be in the moment with customers.

Competition is fierce, money is tight, budgets are being combed over thoroughly---but the key to success is being #1 to your customers which in turn creates more customers walking in.

#1 is nice--but being customer oriented is the best......

ALL businesses can be #1 in the customer service category, that is what we should strive for--giving the customer a little more bank for the buck....All dollars look and feel the same, but not all service is felt the same.

Give all the core of the review above and watch your shop, business, salon take off on good quality customer interaction.

Be #1 in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

By the way, this shop, the review is on has 59 reviews with a 4.9 average----very impressive and the shop interacts with the reviewer...awesome! One more step on separating you from the competition...Interactions well done.
