Safety first, before coolness.

Being safe was my top priority heading to Florida. My bike shop suggested reflective vests when the sun starts to go down. 

I did not look cool, but I made it safely every evening to my next destination.

The bike had a blinking flasher right under seat for cars to see. The bike shop took it one step more for safety.

That is customer service, recommending an item or two that we never think of.

They were not up selling, they were being customer driven. Giving me every last ounce of knowledge before my trip.
