Don't break the chain of customer service

"I went to this shop because it had great reviews. I just needed a tube, but had a couple questions, and the guy that helped me knew his stuff. I'll definitely return for my next bike need."

The power of a positive experience--sharing with others, which in return generates a new customer, which then creates another positive experience which in return creates another powerful experience and so on it goes.

The epic experience of outstanding customer service is like a chain, we add link after link--stop giving customers service and the chain is weakened or even broke--then the process has to start over.

Above review is from a bicycle shop---the patron explains I went here because of a review....WOW! reviews really do work, they generate hype and the outcome of a positive and negative experience......In this case they were given the same outcome as the reviews they had read......

The link continues---is your link strong in the customer service world? Remember customer service is NOT a department, all employees are the department....Interact with customers on all levels and watch them grow and chat your business up....Advertising dollars well spent......FREE.
