Customer Experience at bike shop.

“I wanted to take a moment and thank U for the awesome experience that I had yesterday at the hands of U."

Actual review of a bike shop...The description was of the owner of the store who was seen first hand at rolling up his sleeve and getting involved with a purchase.

Staff and the OWNER were involved with a customer experience. That is service with a smile.

A lasting memory for a patron, a WOW! Experience.

My bike shop did this got me, they WOW'd me; but this is happening all over the world.

Why would you buy/purchase a big anywhere else? Bike shops are more that a purchase, it is a experience that is transpired 7 days a week.

I love bike shops.....
